Research on the Evaluation Index System of Teacher Development in Shanghai Universities Under the Background of High-level University Construction
At present,there are problems among college teachers in China,such as weakening of career development awareness,academic generalization,insufficient internal drive of teachers,and imbalance in social service evaluation,which plague the professional development and growth of teachers.Through the design and implementation of questionnaire surveys,the research collects the opinions and suggestions of teachers,students,administrators and other relevant groups on the evaluation index system of college teacher development,identifies the key problem sets that plague the development of teachers,then uses analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of indicators,and establishes an evaluation index system.Considering the development opportunity of the construction of Shanghai high-level university,on the basis of existing theories,the index system and the management system are deeply integrated,and a motivating,developing,performance-based and local development evaluation index system is created.
