Optimization Strategies for the Supply System of Urban Talent Housing and Shared Property Housing from the Perspective of Social Governance—A Case Study on Zhuhai in Guangdong Province
Based on the perspective of social governance,adhering to the core concepts of diverse subjects,multi-party participation,democratic consultation,and decentralization of power,this study takes the housing security system in Zhuhai,Guangdong Province as the research object,adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis research methods,and obtains specific data on the local actual situation of Zhuhai through empirical research.Based on the analysis of the demand and influencing factors for talent housing and shared property housing in Zhuhai,propose optimization strategies for the supply system of talent housing and shared property housing,aiming to provide theoretical and practical references for further optimizing the supply system of talent housing and shared property housing in Zhuhai.
