Analysis of the Demand for Business Administration Talents in Modern Enterprises—Based on Vocational Skill Level Certificate Standards
During the trial operation of the 1+X certificate system,many problems were faced,such as a lack of data on demand and supply in the labor market,a tendency towards homogenization of certificates,and a wide range of employment opportunities in the field of business administration rather than specialization.Therefore,vocational skill level certificates suitable for business management majors are classified according to the directions of human resource management,marketing,operation management,and logistics management.Information on certificate demand and business management talent demand is collected from enterprises in different directions,and differences in the demand for business management talents are analyzed in different industries and scales,The differences in demand for vocational skill level certificates in the four directions of business management among enterprises,as well as the differences in demand for different vocational skill level certificates among enterprises in the same direction,are aimed at providing reference for the selection of vocational skill level certificates.
