Research on Financial Support in Border Port Areas of Heilongjiang Province
Heilongjiang Province currently has 25 national first-class ports,including Harbin,Heihe,Suifenhe,Fuyuan and other places,making it the most important border province for China to carry out cooperation with Russia.At the same time,Heilongjiang Province is located in the central region of Northeast Asia,and is one of the important members of the national"the Belt and Road Initiative"strategy.Under the background of the"China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor"and the"the Belt and Road Initiative",Heilongjiang Province uses its own advantages to create an important multi-directional and three-dimensional opening window and a central hub for regional cooperation with Russia and Northeast Asia.As a necessary condition for the rapid development of border port areas in Heilongjiang Province,funds play an important role in promoting the economic development of various fields in Heilongjiang Province.However,the current funding constraints have hindered the development pace and economic growth rate of border port areas in Heilongjiang Province.On the basis of summarizing the current situation of financial support in border port areas of Heilongjiang Province,this article explores the existing problems in financial support and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
