生鲜农产品发展的三阶段供应链策略

我国生鲜农产品发展一直面临组织、营销、质量、物流等四个方面的问题。基于生鲜农产品保质期短、季节性强、易腐烂的典型特点,分析国内外相关文献,从供应链运营角度,提出了营销层面的"短期策略"、组织层面的"中期策略"、质量层面的"长期策略"的总方针,以物流服务为载体,构建三阶段供应链发展对策,并为我国生鲜农产品高质量发展提出建议。
Three Stage Supply Chain Strategy for Fresh Agricultural Product Development
The development of fresh agricultural product in China has been faced with four problems:organization,marketing,quality and lo-gistics.Based on the typical characteristics of fresh agricultural products,such as short shelf life,strong seasonality,and perishability,from the perspective of supply chain operation,the general policy of"short-term strategy"at the marketing level,"medium-term strategy"at the organizational level,and"long-term strategy"at the quality level is proposed.With logistics services as the carrier,policy recommendations for building a three-stage supply chain development are proposed.
