Research on Temporary Assistance in Heilongjiang Province
Temporary assistance is one of the components of China's social assistance system,in order to give full play to the important role of emergency relief,filling up for gaps and supporting the guarantee in the social assistance system.By analyzing the current situation of temporary assistance in Heilongjiang Province,recommendations are made to ensure adequate funding for temporary assistance;expanding the modalities and content of temporary assistance;strengthening the contingent of temporary assistance;regulate the active participation of social forces;establish emergency response plans for temporary assistance;establish a temporary assistance information sharing platform and strengthen the policy publicity of temporary assistance to improve the quality of temporary assistance services in Heilongjiang Province,so that temporary assistance can better protect people's lives.
