Industrial Intelligence,Industrial Structure Optimization and Upgrading,and Resource Mismatch
In order to conduct scientific research on the impact of industrial structure optimization and upgrading,industrial intelligence,and resource mismatch,based on panel data from 30 provinces and autonomous regions in China from 2013 to 2020,the mediating effect was used to explore the interrelationship between industrial intelligence,industrial structure optimization and upgrading,and resource mismatch.Research has found that,firstly,in the analysis of mediating effects,using industrial structure optimization and upgrading as mediating variables has a significant impact on regional resource mismatch.Secondly,among different types of resource misallocation,the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure have an inverted U-shaped impact curve on resource misallocation with the continuous increase of regional capital allocation,indicating that industrial structure upgrading first intensifies and then improves the impact on resource misallocation.Thirdly,in the regional regression,it was found that in the eastern region,industrial intelligence improves resource mismatch,while industrial structure optimization exacerbates resource mismatch;In the central region,industrial intelligence intensifies labor force mismatch,and industrial structure optimization improves resource mismatch.
