Estimation of Biological Development Capability in the Old Revolutionary Area and Analysis of Space-Time Evolution—Based on the Empirical Evidence of County-Level Data in Jiangxi Province
Improving endogenous development capacity is an important measure to promote the high-quality development of old revolutionary areas. It is very urgent and important to find out the current situation, hindering factors and temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of the endogenous development capacity in the old revolutionary areas. This study understands the endogenous development capacity of regional biogenies development capacity as a complex system coupled with four dimensions:economic development ability, industrial development ability, spatial development ability and public service ability, and calculates the endogenous development capacity of various counties and cities in Jiangxi Province,a typical representative of the old revolutionary base area, from 2014 to 2020 by constructing a multi-index comprehensive evaluation method, and uses ArcGIS software to characterize the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics and changing trends,so as to provide a reference for the improvement of the endogenous development ability and high-quality development of the old revolutionary area. The results showed that:first, the overall level of development capacity of each county in the old revolutionary base of Jiangxi was low and the development was unbalanced;second, economic development capacity is two shortcomings that restrict the improvement of the development capacity of each county in the old revolutionary base of Jiangxi;third, the spatial evolution trend of the development capacity of the old revolutionary areas is"high in the north and low in the south, rising as a whole",and the economic development capacity is also showing a spatial change trend of"high in the north and low in the south",and the industrial development capacity, spatial development ability and public service capacity are relatively balanced in each area, and there is no obvious gap.
