Research on the Mechanism of Collaborative Operation and Management Alliance of Cities for China Railway Express—A Case Study of China Railway Express(Chengdu-Chongqing)
The China Railway Express(CR Express)faces numerous challenges,and building an alliance among the cities where CR Express operates can effectively address these challenges.Based on a case study of the China Railway Express(Chengdu-Chongqing),this paper explores the method of building a collaborative operation and management alliance among the cities where CR Express operates.We study and ultimately design a mechanism for the operation and management of the alliance,which is suitable for large-scale construction of the alliance,and provides reference and suggestions for the construction of the alliance.
