Research on the Development of Intellectual Property Finance in Heilongjiang Province
Nowadays,the deep integration of intellectual property and finance has gradually become a hot topic in the field of investment and financing for innovative enterprises.Therefore,based on the current situation of the development of intellectual property finance in Hei-longjiang Province,the PEST model is used to study the specific problems in the environment and operation of intellectual property finance development in the province,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.Research has shown that the current develop-ment of intellectual property finance in Heilongjiang Province is still led by the government,with policy dividends as the main way to incen-tivize financial and scientific and technological enterprises.It is advisable to gradually shift towards market-oriented development in the fu-ture.All parties should fully play their roles,based on the characteristics of Heilongjiang Province,improve the intellectual property financial system of Heilongjiang Province from various perspectives such as talent,technology,evaluation,and law,solve the investment and financing problems of innovative enterprises in Heilongjiang Province,and drive the economic development of Heilongjiang Province.
