Jinhua Digital Reform:Theoretical Model,Empirical Effectiveness,and Problem Improvement
Against the backdrop of the construction of Digital China and Digital Zhejiang,Jinhua is solidly promoting digital reform and has formed a number of iconic achievements and best applications with Jinhua's recognition.It has truly achieved the goal of making the government more proactive,social governance more efficient,and the people happier and more satisfied.However,when summarizing the effectiveness,methods,and inspection and assessment of digital reform,it was found that there are some problems.To address these issues,countermeasures and suggestions for promoting and deepening digital reform are proposed,in order to provide reference and practical reference for digital reform in Jinhua and other regions.
