The Development Path of Green Finance in Southern Shaanxi under the Background of"Double Carbon"
In order to promote the transformation of Southern Shaanxi to green,low-carbon and recycling,and boost Shaanxi to achieve the goal of"double carbon".Since 2016,southern Shaanxi have actively promoted the development process of green finance from the aspects of policy formulation,green financial product innovation and platform construction.However,there are still some problems in the implementation process,such as the lack of special guidance documents,the imbalance of green credit fund structure,and the insufficient innovation of green financial products.In order to promote the economic development of southern Shaanxi to a high quality,it is necessary to formulate special guidance documents,optimize the fund structure of green credit and deepen the innovation of green financial products.
