Age Discrimination and Aging Friendly Strategies in Digital Public Services
With the development of information technology,the limitations of traditional public services are becoming increasingly apparent,and digitalization of public services has become an inevitable choice in modern society.Digital public services can use the Internet and big data technology to improve the efficiency and quality of public services and achieve rapid,efficient and intelligent public services.However,in terms of aging,there are problems such as the mismatch between the supply of public services and the actual needs of the elderly,the lack of technical security and privacy protection,the lack of personalized services and user friendliness,and low willingness to use digital public services.In view of the age discrimination in digital public services,we propose aging strategies for public services to promote digital inclu-sion and inclusive development of society.
