Analysis of the Social Integration of the New Generation of Migrant Workers
The main group of migrant workers in today's society is the new generation of migrant workers born in the 1980s and 1990s.At the same time,they also play an important role in China's social and economic development.With the continuous acceleration of urbanization development,the attention of the new generation of migrant workers towards social integration will also increase day by day.Therefore,it is imperative to explore solutions to this problem.Based on this,through the analysis of the social integration of the new generation of migrant workers,it is proposed that the employment system should be improved,the registered residence system should be reformed,the psychological barriers of the new generation of migrant workers should be eliminated through community activities,the personal quality of the new generation of migrant workers should be improved,and their confidence in staying in cities should be increased,so as to solve the social integration problem of the new generation of migrant workers.
