The Driving Path for High-Quality Development of Enterprises under the TOE Analysis Framework—Research on Specialized,Refined,Unique,and New"Little Giant"Enterprises in Ningbo
High quality development of enterprises is of great significance for promoting Chinese path to modernization and taking a new road to industrialization in the new era and new journey.Therefore,based on the guidance of the TOE framework,a theoretical analysis framework for the driving path of high-quality development of enterprises is constructed,which covers three primary indicators:technology,organization,and environment.Based on this,352 specialized,refined,and innovative"little giant"enterprises in Ningbo City were selected as the research objects.Through understanding and grasping the overall situation of specialized,refined,and innovative"little giant"enterprises in Ningbo City,the problems faced were analyzed.Based on literature review,field research,and reference to advanced practices and successful experiences in relevant domestic cities,three driving paths were proposed:technology,factors,and policies.
