Research on the Mechanism of Power Operation in Universities from the Perspective of Protecting Teacher Rights
Due to the organizational characteristics of colleges and universities,administrative power,academic power and teacher power coexist in the process of power operation,among which,the phenomenon of offside and dislocation of administrative power is especially obvious.Power is easy to cause corruption.In practice,the problems in the operation of administrative power are not conducive to the management and long-term development of colleges and universities.At present,the main ways to curb corruption are people's sovereignty and power restriction.Therefore,the author adopts the literature research method,based on the power restriction theory,and finds out the reasons affecting the good operation of administrative power by combing the current situation of leadership power in universities,and puts forward corresponding optimization countermeasures and ideas.
