Cold Chain Logistics Promotes the Improvement of Quality and Efficiency in the Apple Industry in Yan'an
From two aspects:the increase in apple production in Yan'an and the need for cold chain logistics to provide guarantees for the improvement of people's living standards,this paper analyzes the demand for cold chain logistics in the apple industry in Yan'an,and studies the current situation and prospects of cold chain logistics development in Yan'an.It can be seen that cold chain logistics can promote the continuous development of the apple industry,ensure the quality and safety of apple products,promote the standardization process of the apple industry,expand labor employment,and enhance the competitiveness of Yan'an apple products.The high-quality development of cold chain logistics can enhance the efficiency of apple production in the later stage,increase the added value of the apple industry,meet the personalized needs of consumers,promote apple exports,and increase market share.
