Realization Path of Refined Governance of Urban Communities in the New Era—Analysis Framework Based on Demand-Response
Urban community is not only one of the basic units of social governance,but also the core of social governance.In the new era,the process of urbanization is accelerating,and urban community governance is facing increasingly severe challenges and pressures in the face of more and more complex and changeable problems.From the perspective of demand,to solve urban problems and meet the diversified and personalized demands of urban residents,it is necessary to continuously promote refined governance of urban communities.At present,urban community governance is faced with problems such as relatively backward governance concept,rough community management mode,gover-nance structure to be optimized,and relatively backward governance means,which hinder the advancement of refined governance of urban communities.Therefore,optimization measures such as strengthening the refined governance concept,promoting the coordination and coopera-tion of multiple subjects,fine-recreating the governance process,and innovating governance means can be adopted to respond and promote the improvement of urban community governance capacity.
