Analysis of the Contradictions and Optimization Paths in the Transfer of Rural Land Management Rights
Rural land reform has always been one of the important measures for the development of agriculture and rural areas in China.In the new era,land transfer policies play an important role in the implementation of rural revitalization strategies and the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Rural land transfer is an important part of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,which is of great significance in increasing farmers'income and promoting rural economic development.At present,the efficiency of rural land management is low,and the operating income of farmers is also relatively low.At the same time,in the process of urbanization,many farmers go out to work,and some land is abandoned,resulting in a less optimistic implementation of rural land transfer in rural areas.Therefore,in-depth analysis of rural land transfer issues mainly involves contradictions and disputes,including the underlying causes and various types that trigger these contradictions.When proposing suggestions for improving rural land transfer service institutions and working mechanisms,it is important to emphasize the in-depth promotion of relevant laws and fully leverage the active role of grassroots governments in solving problems.
