Research on Policy Based Financial Services for Rural Revitalization in Underdeveloped Areas
The implementation of rural revitalization strategy,is a decisive victory in the comprehensive construction of socialist modernization of the country's major historical task,is the new era of"three rural"work the general starting point.Policy finance as a national level to support the"three rural"financial arrangements,service national strategy and the"three rural"development is the responsibility of the mission,but also the implementation of the Party's 20th National Congress spirit of the inherent requirements.Industrial development in less developed areas is the key to the current rural revitalization.As the agricultural policy finance serving"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",it should identify the entry point of credit to support agriculture and further play the backbone and pillar role in rural finance.Based on the development status of Guyuan City in Ningxia and the entry point of policy based financial support for rural revitalization,this paper studies the path of high-quality policy based financial service for rural revitalization in underdeveloped areas,and tries to explore a new path of high-quality policy based financial service for rural revitalization in underdeveloped areas.
