Research on the Application of Special Local Bonds for Rural Revitalization
The issuance of special bonds for rural revitalization provides strong support and guarantee for the construction of agricultural and rural infrastructure in China.Taking the rural revitalization special local bonds as the research object,starting from the background and process of the issuance of rural revitalization special local bonds since 2018,this paper analyzes the problems that exist in the actual operation process of rural revitalization special local bonds,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the problems,aiming to provide ideas for the subsequent issuance and management of rural revitalization special local bonds.
