Research on Satisfaction Evaluation of Community Elderly Care Services in Baoji
In order to understand the satisfaction of residents in Baoji with community elderly care services,a questionnaire survey method was used to select four primary indicators of social environment,life care,intelligent services,and spiritual comfort,as well as 12 corresponding secondary indicators.The Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method were used to construct a satisfaction evaluation system for the quality of community elderly care services,explore the advantages and disadvantages of community elderly care services,and propose feasible opinions and suggestions for the high-quality development of community elderly care services in Baoji.The results show that the comprehensive score of satisfaction with community elderly care services in Baoji is 3.126,which is average and consistent with the actual situation.Among them,residents have the highest satisfaction rating on the social environment aspect of community elderly care services,and the lowest satisfaction rating on intelligent services.Baoji City's community elderly care services need improvement in all four aspects,with the greatest potential for improvement in intelligent services.
