Research on the Governance of the Digital Divide among the Elderly from the Perspective of Collaborative Governance Theory
Since the development of the Internet,the problem of information diffusion and uneven distribution in the digital field has always existed,and the elderly are one of the main groups suffering from this.At the same time,the global aging problem is becoming increasingly severe.Therefore,facing the complex digital information age,an increasing number of elderly people are suffering from various inconveniences brought about by the digital divide.The digital divide among the elderly is mainly manifested in obstacles to mobile payments,difficulties in seeking medical treatment,and difficulties in distinguishing the authenticity of online information.Therefore,based on the perspective of collaborative governance theory,this paper analyzes the causes of the digital divide among the elderly from five levels:government,enterprises,communities,families,and individuals,and provides corresponding governance paths in order to bridge the digital divide among the elderly as much as possible in the future.
