Exploration of Employment and Entrepreneurship Pathways for Returned Overseas Students—A Case Study in Zhejiang Province
Returned overseas students are precious talent resources for the country,and their employment and entrepreneurship issues are not only related to their own and family interests,but also to the development of the country.Therefore,taking overseas returnees who work and start businesses in Zhejiang Province as the main research object,through questionnaire analysis and case interviews,it was found that overseas returnees face problems such as incomplete government support policies,asymmetric employment and entrepreneurship information,and insufficient professional abilities in the process of employment and entrepreneurship.To solve these problems,we need to start from the following aspects:optimizing the policy environment,adhering to the combination of policy promotion and implementation;improve databases and leverage group advantages;enhance one's comprehensive ability and create an objective public opinion environment.
