Research on the Path of Supporting and Guiding Social Organizations to Participate in Emergency Management in Hebei Province
In recent years,social organizations have participated in a series of major and extraordinary emergencies such as epidemic prevention and control,natural disasters and so on by virtue of their flexibility and diversity,which has provided a lot of useful help for the government's emergency management.At present,the emergency rescue social organizations in Hebei Province have begun to take shape,and the party organization construction and training practice activities have been carried out in an orderly manner.However,affected by the government's purchasing power and limited self-development,there are obstacles for social organizations to participate in emergency management.It is necessary to continuously strengthen the construction of emergency rescue forces from four aspects:improving management system and incentive mechanism,increasing government support and cultivation,strengthening the internal capacity building of social organizations and encouraging social forces to participate in emergency management throughout the process,so as to give full play to the role of social emergency teams.
