中国创新驱动发展的微观内生机制研究:劳动价值论视角

创新驱动的本质是劳动驱动,实施创新驱动发展战略必须从微观层面明确创新劳动发生发展的动力和过程机制。基于此,从劳动价值论的视角,使用思辨的方法,分析各种劳动与新型使用价值的关系,讨论科技劳动者进行创新的一般规律,分析经管劳动者的主要工作内容和过程,解析这两种创新劳动的动力来源和劳动者的个性特征。创新驱动是各种劳动共同作用的结果,科技创新劳动和经管创新劳动起关键的作用,实施创新驱动发展战略,必须遵循这两种创新劳动的规律,创造适宜的组织环境和市场环境,激发创新活力,并使这两种创新劳动协同融入广大人民的劳动中。
Research on the Micro Endogenous Mechanism of Innovation Driven Development in China:From the Perspective of Labor Value Theory
The essence of innovation driven development is labor driven,and the implementation of innovation driven development strategy must clarify the driving force and process mechanism of innovative labor at the micro level.Based on this,from the perspective of labor value theory,using speculative methods,analyze the relationship between various types of labor and new use values,discuss the general laws of innovation among technology workers,analyze the main work content and process of management workers,and analyze the sources of motivation and individual characteristics of these two types of innovative labor.Innovation driven is the result of the joint action of various labor,and technological innovation labor and management innovation labor play a crucial role.To implement the strategy of innovation driven development,it is necessary to follow the laws of these two types of innovative labor,create suitable organizational and market environments,stimulate innovation vitality,and make these two types of innovative labor synergistically integrate into the labor of the people.
