Research Hotspots and Trend Analysis of Gentrification in Urban Based on CiteSpace
By analyzing the existing research literature related to urban gentrification in China,we explore the current situation and hotspots of urban gentrification research in China,and provide reference for related research.Taking the CNKI database as the sample data source,we used bibliometric analysis and CiteSpace visualization software to analyze the trend of publication,keywords and authors'co-occurrence in the form of knowledge mapping.The study found that since 2000,the research on urban gentrification has been on the rise,and the cooperation between authors is limited to research institutions,and the research focuses on urban regeneration,social space,middle class and culture,among other topics.
