Violation Behavior and Supervision Strategies Throughout the Entire Process of Affordable Rental Housing from the Perspective of Rent-Seeking Theory
As a new phenomenon,affordable rental housing may have some violations in various aspects.By organizing policies and relevant government work reports,affordable rental housing is divided into three different stages:application review,construction acceptance,and op-eration.Non compliant behaviors are identified and further classified based on the cost and benefits of non compliant behaviors.From the perspective of rent-seeking theory,a theoretical analysis framework for rent-seeking of affordable rental housing is constructed to analyze the influencing factors of violations.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the supervision of affordable rental housing from both subjective and objective perspectives.
