Research on Legal Regulation of Click Farming Behavior
With the rapid development of modern technology,the Internet platform as the medium to realize the transaction between operators and consumers is increasingly diversified.However,due to the asymmetry of network information,the bad competition between consumers and operators,click farming behavior as a new illegal behavior,there are mainly false evaluation of brushing credit,fictitious transaction brushing credit,slander goodwill brushing credit reduction and other forms.This behavior causes the damage to the legitimate interests of competitive enterprises and the rights and interests of consumers,and even destroys the order of market competition,which is generally difficult to detect and difficult to eradicate.In order to reduce the negative impact caused by network brushing,this paper starts from the problems existing in relevant legal regulations to solve this dilemma,in order to create a fair competition network business environment.
