Exploring the Activation Mechanism and Path of"Hollow Villages"in Ninghai under the Background of Common Prosperity
The year 2023 is the 20th anniversary of the launch of the"Demonstration of thousands of Villages and renovation of thousands of Villages"project in the province.In the process of rural transformation,Zhejiang also faced a series of"hollowing out"problems such as settlement,population and industry.Through on-site research on Ninghai villages,it was found that the activation mechanism of"hollow villages"based on the concept of beautiful common prosperity mainly covers five aspects:the creation,distribution,organization and coordination,supervision and protection,and talent return of rural interests.Therefore,a"hollow village"activation path is proposed to lay the foundation of"common prosperity",strengthen the"common prosperity economy",stimulate the vitality of"common prosperity",and create the"common prosperity"brand,in order to provide a promotable and replicable new demonstration of"common prosperity"integrated development for rural revitalization in the new era in China.
