Exploration of Property Rights Registration Management in State-Owned Enterprises
The registration of property rights in state-owned enterprises is the fundamental work of state-owned asset management.At present,the form of property rights in state-owned enterprises has gradually shifted from national ownership to mixed ownership.The ownership structure of state-owned enterprises in some industries has undergone significant changes.There are more or less unclear ownership of enterprise property rights and cross management of state-owned assets in state-owned enterprises,which affects the normal development and distribution of interests of state-owned enterprises.Therefore,state-owned enterprises should recognize the importance of property rights registration in state-owned asset management,and through effective methods of state-owned asset management,maximize the positive role of state-owned property rights management in enterprise development.Therefore,starting from the scope and key points of property rights registration,this article elaborates on the current problems in property rights registration work and proposes suggestive solutions to ensure that state-owned assets are not lost and to ensure the long-term development of state-owned enterprises.
