Analysis of the Current Situation of Direct Settlement of Outpatient Medical Expenses for Medical Insurance in X Hospital of S City
With the continuous advancement of direct settlement work for medical treatment in different locations,medical treatment in different locations is becoming more convenient and efficient.A retrospective survey method was adopted to understand the current situation of direct settlement of outpatient visits in different locations and the problems encountered.Based on the hospital's HIS system data,the medical insurance settlement data of outpatient patients seeking medical treatment in X Hospital of S City from July 2021 to June 2023 were analyzed.The result is that patients seeking medical treatment in different locations are older,with chronic diseases being the majority.There is a significant gap in medical expenses and medical insurance fund payments for outpatient services seeking medical treatment in different locations.Through data analysis,it has been found that although direct settlement of medical expenses for outpatient clinics in different locations brings convenience to insured individuals,there are also many problems and challenges.Some regions have not been able to enjoy the outpatient benefits of general medical insurance for seeking medical treatment in other places.It is still necessary to gather multiple forces,further simplify the process of seeking medical treatment in other places,eliminate barriers to information exchange,improve the settlement rate of medical insurance for patients in different places,build hospital medical insurance service points and connect with medical insurance handling departments,improve the quality of medical insurance services,and enhance the happiness and sense of achievement of insured people in seeking medical treatment.
