随着数智经济时代的到来,社会对人才的需求发生了质的变化。"三链融合"校企双向交流是高校与企业关系发展的必然趋势,对双方的成长都十分重要。因此,在分析国内外学者关于"三链融合"及校企合作研究的基础上,阐述了"三链融合"校企双向交流的价值意蕴与内在机理,进一步提出了增强各主体的使命担当、明晰各主体的角色界限、以项目加深校企合作、引导校企双向人才流动等发展策略,以期推动校企双方从"合作"向"深度合作"迈进,助力我国经济社会高质量发展。
Research on the Two-way Communication Mechanism Between School and Enterprise Based on"Three-Chain Integration"
With the advent of the digital economy era,the demand for talent in society has undergone a qualitative change.The integration of the three chains and the two-way communication between universities and enterprises is an inevitable trend in the development of the relationship between universities and enterprises,which is crucial for the growth of both parties.Therefore,based on the analysis of domestic and foreign scholars'research on"three chain integration"and school enterprise cooperation,this paper elaborates on the value and internal mechanism of"three chain integration"in the two-way communication between schools and enterprises.It further proposes development strategies such as enhancing the mission of each subject,clarifying the role boundaries of each subject,deepening school enterprise cooperation through projects,and guiding the two-way talent flow between schools and enterprises,in order to promote the transition from"cooperation"to"deep cooperation"between schools and enterprises,and help China's high-quality economic and social development.
