The Construction of Service Quality Evaluation Indicators for"Internet+"E-Government—A Case Study on"One Network,One Door,One Time"Construction in Hebei Province
With the progress of economy and the rapid development of information technology,"Internet+"government service has increasingly become an important way and channel to improve our government's governance ability,enhance work efficiency and implement government work.In addition,the public's strong and personalized demand for online public services calls for the continuous improvement of online public service.However,with the gradual deepening of the"Internet+"government service and the improvement of the government service platform,some practical problems that need to be solved urgently have also been exposed.Therefore,taking the challenges faced by online public services in Hebei Province as an example,based on the SERVOUAL model,a service quality evaluation index adapted to online public services is constructed,providing certain suggestions and thoughts for the sustainable development of online public services.
