Research on the Selection of Growth Models for Science and Technology Oriented Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Nantong
As an important city in the Yangtze River Delta,Nantong has always been driven by innovation in its economic development,and has made significant progress in the field of technology-based enterprises,especially its technology-based small and medium-sized enter-prises,which play an important role in promoting economic growth,optimizing industrial structure,and increasing employment.However,in the face of fierce market competition and rapidly changing market environment,how to choose suitable growth models to achieve sustainable development for technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in Nantong has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the life cycle theory and empirical research,different growth mode choices for technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in Nantong are proposed for each life cycle stage.At the same time,corresponding enterprises in Nantong at different life cycles are selected for data verification,and the growth mode choices of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in Nantong at different life cycles are ob-tained.By exploring the growth mode choices of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in different cycles in Nantong,this study aims to provide reference for relevant enterprises and policy makers.
