民办综合类高校教学经费支出研究——基于山东省10所民办综合类高校2018-2022年本科教学质量报告的分析

中文摘要：民办综合类高校教学经费支出对于保障教育教学效果至关重要。因此，采用文本调研的方法对山东省10所民办综合类高校连续五年的本科教学质量报告数据进行调研，提取其中生均教学日常运行支出、本科专项教学经费支出、生均本科实验经费以及生均本科实习经费4项生均教学经费进行统计分析，深入剖析教学经费支出存在的问题，提出加大教学经费投入、建立健全教学经费投入标准以及加大内外部监控力度等建议。

外文摘要：The expenditure of teaching funds in private comprehensive universities is crucial for ensuring the effectiveness of education and teaching.The article adopts the method of text research to conduct a survey on the undergraduate teaching quality report data of 10 private comprehensive universities in Shandong Province for five consecutive years.Four items of average teaching expenses,including daily teaching expenses per student,special teaching expenses per undergraduate,experimental expenses per student,and practical training expenses per student,are extracted for statistical analysis.The article deeply analyzes the problems in teaching expense investment and proposes to increase teaching expense investment suggestions include establishing and improving funding standards and increasing internal and external monitoring efforts.
