Exploration of Home-Based Elderly Care Service Paths for Disabled Elderly in the Contextof Smart Communities—A Case Study on X Community in Changchun
Nowadays,the construction of smart communities has gradually become an important component of community governance,and smart elderly care,as a new type of community elderly care model,can meet the diverse and multi-level elderly care service needs of the elderly.To this end,by conducting in-depth on-site visits to disabled elderly people in X community in Changchun city,a systematic analysis of the existing elderly care system in the surveyed community was conducted.Based on the perspective of five social linkage and smart health care,it was proposed that social workers intervene in home-based elderly care services,using intelligent equipment and technology to form a sustainable smart service mechanism for disabled elderly people's home-based elderly care,in order to promote the construction of a home-based elderly care service system for disabled elderly people.
