A Study on the Path of Employee Recruitment in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises to Cope with Digital Change
Digital change has become an inevitable choice for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs),which promotes SMEs to realize their own development goals and facilitates the upgrading of SMEs'specialization and specialization.Employee recruitment as a core task of enterprise human resources,in the transformation and development of enterprises to provide a steady stream of talent resources and intellectual support.However,the traditional way of staff recruitment has been unable to adapt to the pace of digital change in SMEs,and it is imperative to change the status quo.Through field visits and questionnaire surveys,this paper focuses on analyzing the impact and challenges of the current digital change on SMEs'employee recruitment,and focuses on exploring the effective path of employee recruitment to cope with the digital change,in order to improve the effectiveness of SMEs'employee recruitment.
