Study on Regional Differences and Spatial-Temporal Changes of Medical and Health Resource Allocation in Guangdong Province
The spatial distribution and trend of medical and health resources in Guangdong Province from 2012 to 2021 were analyzed using agglomeration degree,Moran's I index, and relative development rate. The results showed that the total supply of resources in Guangdong Province increased, but there were significant differences in supply levels between regions, and the current allocation situation showed a"echo effect".The per thousand population index gradually developed in a coordinated manner, but the growth rate varied significantly. On this basis, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed, namely strengthening the sharing of development achievements between the medical and health system and related industries;using points to promote higher quality resource allocation and output;combining"quality"and"quantity"to break through the"echo effect";building a"Healthy Bay Area"to promote international cooperation in resource allocation;build an interconnected and shared"digital cloud"to accelerate the construction of medical digitization.
