Construction and Empirical Analysis of Evaluation Index System for New Industrialization in County Areas—A Case Study in Weifang
Based on the theory of Chinese path to modernization and new industrialization,this paper attempts to construct the evaluation index system of county level new industrialization in Weifang and conduct empirical analysis.The evaluation results show that in 2021,all eight counties and cities under the jurisdiction of Weifang are in the intermediate stage of new industrialization,and the development momentum of new industrialization in the counties is good.However,the development of new industrialization in counties is to some extent unbalanced and insufficient,mainly manifested in the higher comprehensive index of new industrialization in Gaomi and Qingzhou compared to other counties and cities,forming a clear development stratification phenomenon;the top three counties and cities in the comprehensive index have some relatively weak points in the sub evaluation index,while other counties and cities have obvious weak points or weak points that are not prominent in the sub evaluation index.To achieve the basic goal of realizing the new industrialization strategy by 2035,policy recommendations for the development of new industrialization in Weifang's counties are proposed from five aspects:highlighting differentiated competition in industries,highlighting innovation driven industries,strengthening green and intensive development of industries,enhancing the vitality of various market entities,and improving government service capabilities.
