Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Salary Management System in Coal Enterprises—Taking Shanxi Jinneng Holding Group as an Example
Salary management is one of the core contents of enterprise management.In the production and operation of many coal enterprises,the unreasonable compensation of employees has always been a sensitive issue,which involves the management of human resources.In human resource management,whether the salary is set scientifically and reasonably is directly related to the production enthusiasm of employees,and also affects the normal and stable operation of enterprises.This paper takes the current salary management system of Shanxi coal enterprise—Jinneng Holding Group as an example to analyze and study,explain the importance of constructing salary structure and implementing salary management,find out many problems,and put forward a series of improvement measures.It is hoped that this study will provide some reference for coal enterprises in improving salary management.
