Research on the Implementation of the Western Rural Revitalization Strategy under the Protection of Economic Law
Economic law plays an important role in ensuring the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in western China.It can create a good legal environment for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and ensure the effective implementation of the policy.In this paper discusses the economic law security and the rural revitalization strategy,from the main dilemma,incentives and financial difficulties three aspects analyzes the economic law to guarantee the western rural revitalization strategy implementation problems,finally put forward the corresponding Suggestions,for the implementation of the western rural revitalization strategy laid a solid foundation of the rule of law.
