Research on the Influencing Factors of Farmers'Willingness to Transfer Land from the Perspective of Family Endowment
Land transfer is an important measure for adjusting agricultural production relations and a crucial means of transitioning from decentralized agricultural management to intensive agricultural management.Based on the perspective of family endowment, this study analyzes the influencing factors of farmers'willingness to transfer land.Using 485 sample data obtained from the survey, variable indicators that affect farmers'willingness to transfer land are constructed. Then,an Ologit regression model is established for empirical analysis. The empirical results show that the four variables of family population size, migrant work time, agricultural income, and already transferred behavior have a significant impact on land transfer willingness.Among them, family population size, agricultural income, and already transferred behavior have a positive effect. The larger the family size and higher the agricultural income, the stronger the willingness of farmers to transfer land;the occurrence of transfer behavior by farmers will to some extent determine their future willingness to transfer;the time spent on migrant work reflects a reverse relationship, with prolonged periods of time spent on agricultural production resulting in insufficient time for farmers to transfer their land.
