Research on Route Selection of Whole Industry Train Construction for Integrated Circuit
Against the backdrop of Western countries,led by the United States,implementing decoupling and supply cuts to suppress China's integrated circuit industry,how to scientifically and effectively choose the path of building the entire integrated circuit industry chain is currently a focus of attention in academia and industry.Research suggests that,firstly,the construction path of the entire industry chain should be selected based on the industrial ecology and market pattern,according to the three types of integrated circuit processes:high,medium,and low.Secondly,a comparison and selection should be made between the conditions and advantages and disadvantages of domestic enterprises'collaborative construction of the entire industry chain and enterprises'self construction of the entire industry chain.Thirdly,the construction of the entire high process industry chain should be guided by breakthroughs in key technologies by scientific research institutions,and jointly build the domestic entire industry chain through collaboration between industry,academia,research,and application;the entire industrial chain of the intermediate process can be jointly built by domestic enterprises or self built by domestic enterprises with strong capabilities and severe supply disruptions;the necessity of building a low process full industry chain is relatively low.
