经济发展和生态环境的耦合协调度研究——基于江苏省十三市面板数据分析

推动经济社会发展绿色化、低碳化是实现高质量发展的关键环节。因此,以江苏省经济发展和生态环境为研究对象,运用熵权法和耦合协调模型构建江苏省生态环境和经济发展耦合评价指标体系,分析江苏省十三个市的生态环境和经济发展耦合协调度的空间分布特征,借助神经网络模型对耦合协调度模型进行评估,探讨耦合协调度的时间变化特征,使用灰色预测模型对江苏省生态环境和经济发展协调度进行预测。研究结果显示,江苏省经济发展与生态环境的耦合协调度具有明显的时空分布差异性;从空间来看,苏州、南京、无锡等城市耦合协调水平较高,连云港、镇江、宿迁等城市耦合协调水平较低;从时间分布来看,江苏省经济和环境的整体耦合协调水平有逐年提高的趋势。在此基础上,给出促进江苏省经济和环境协调发展的对策建议。
Research on the Coupling and Coordination Degree of Economic Development and Ecological Environment—Based on Panel Data Analysis of Thirteen Cities in Jiangsu Province
Green and low-carbon economic development is a key link in achieving high-quality development.Therefore,taking the economic development and ecological environment of Jiangsu Province as the research object,the entropy weight method and coupling coordination model were used to construct the coupling evaluation index system of ecological environment and economic development in Jiangsu Province.The spatial distribution characteristics of the coupling coordination degree of ecological environment and economic development in thirteen cities in Jiangsu Province were analyzed.The coupling coordination model was evaluated using a neural network model,and the temporal variation characteristics of the coupling coordination degree were analyzed.The grey prediction model was used to predict the coordination degree of ecological environment and economic development in Jiangsu Province.The research results show that the coupling coordination degree between economic development and ecological environment in Jiangsu Province has significant spatiotemporal distribution differences;from a spatial perspective,cities such as Suzhou,Nanjing,and Wuxi have a higher level of coupling and coordination,while cities such as Lianyungang,Zhenjiang,and Suqian have a lower level of coupling and coordination;from the perspective of time distribution,the overall coupling and coordination level of the economy and environment in Jiangsu Province has shown a trend of increasing year by year.Based on this,strategies and suggestions are provided to promote the coordinated development of economy and environment in Jiangsu Province.
