Issues and Countermeasures of Digital Transformation in Green Finance
In the current era of promoting the"dual carbon"goal,green finance,as an accelerator for promoting green and low-carbon development and an important driving force for high-quality development,is receiving widespread attention.The Chinese government has clearly proposed to accelerate the digital transformation of the financial sector as a key improvement project,promoting the financial industry to better adapt to the needs of the digital economy era.However,the current digital transformation of green finance is facing a series of problems and challenges:uneven development of green finance between regions and institutions;the rise of financial technology brings new financial risks;the regulatory governance system needs to be improved;lack of high-quality composite talents,etc.Based on this,corresponding measures are proposed,including:constructing a balanced collaborative framework;deepen the prevention and control of financial technology risks;deepen the reform of the regulatory system for green development;strengthen the construction of professional talent capabilities.
