Strengthen the Role and Strategy of Administrative Law Enforcement in Promoting the Construction of a Law-Based Business Environment
The purpose of this paper is to explore the importance of strengthening administrative law enforcement to promote the construction of a business environment based on the rule of law,and to propose effective strategies.This paper first defines the concept of law-based business environment and its importance to the development of enterprises and the order of market economy.Subsequently,the problems and challenges existing in China's administrative law enforcement are analyzed,such as inconsistent law enforcement standards,non-standard discretion,and unbalanced informatization,which seriously hinder the formation of a law-based business environment.On this basis,a series of strategies are proposed,including improving the legal and regulatory system,optimizing the institutional mechanism,strengthening the training of law enforcement personnel and improving the law enforcement guarantee,etc.,in order to provide a more fair,efficient and standardized legal environment for enterprise operations by strengthening administrative law enforcement.
