进风口参数对热处理厂房通风效果的模拟研究

为分析热处理厂房内进风口参数对厂房气流组织和工作区温度场的影响,建立厂房的物理模型,并对厂房内通风进行数值模拟,以进风口高度和进风口数量为变量,利用CFD仿真软件模拟了厂房工作区(2m以下)内温度变化.结果表明:进风口高度和数量对工作区的温度有显著影响,降低进风口高度、增加进风口数量能有效改善工作区内的舒适性.
Simulation Study on Ventilation Effect of Air Inlet parameters in Heat Treatment Plant
In order to analyze the influence of the air inlet parameters in the heat treatment plant on the air distribution in the plant and the temperature field in the working area,the physical model of the plant was established,and the ventilation in the plant was numerically simulated.With the air inlet height and the number of air inlets as variables,the temperature change in the working area(below 2 m)of the plant was simulated using CFD simulation software.The results show that the air inlet height and number have a significant impact on the temperature of the working area.Reducing the air inlet height and increasing the air inlet number can effectively improve the comfort in the working area.
