Experimental Study on the Characteristics of New Protective Clothing Coupled with Phase Change Cold Storage Materials
The temperature and humidity of different people parts of under different indoor temperatures and multi-labor intensity indoor conditions by trying on medical protective clothing coupled with phase change cold storage materials through real people was tested. The results show that the average cooling rates of phase change materials are 9.64%,1.73%and 2.58%when the indoor ambient temperature is respectively 17 ℃,24 ℃ and 28 ℃.The cooling rates of chest, thighs, back, head and upper arms under the same temperature and humidity indoor conditions and the same labor intensity were respectively 4.26%,2.38%,1.17%,0.54%and 3.12%.The cooling effect of phase change materials increases with the increase of exercise intensity. The average cooling rate of light exercise was 2.55%and the heavy exercise was 4.26%among them. The relative humidity of the human body increases with the increase of working time, and the relative humidity of the human body at 28 ℃,24 ℃,17 ℃ indoor temperature conditions and the same labor intensity is about 85%,65%and 60%,respectively.Measuring and researching the cooling and humidification effects of phase change materials on the human body can provide experimental basis for the design of medical cooling clothing.
