摘要

对比不同运维方式下,济南地区办公建筑采用空气源热泵机组供暖的运行费用,得出自主运维的方式,室内温度22℃,机组冬季供暖耗电量28.4kWh/m2,合同能源管理的方式,室内温度20℃,机组冬季供暖耗电量15.5 kWh/m2.合同能源管理的方式在降低大楼耗电量的同时牺牲一定的室内舒适度.

Abstract

This paper compares the operating costs of air source heat pump used for heating in office buildings in Jinan area under different operation and maintenance modes,and concludes that when the indoor temperature is 22℃,the heating power consumption in winter is 28.4 kWh/m2 under the independent maintenance mode with indoor temperature 22℃,and the heating power consumption is 15.5 kWh/m2 under the energy management contract mode with indoor temperature 20℃.The energy management contract mode reduces the building's power consumption while sacrificing some indoor comfort.
